We all talk about things that should happen. We bitch and moan, but rarely does anyone DO something about it. Geoff Edgers, however, is a man of action. He has taken it upon himself to bring The Kinks back together so the world can once again enjoy this amazing band - live!

Personally, I can’t think of a better endeavor. There were only a couple of bands in my youth that really got me turned onto music, and The Kinks were definitely one of them. Schoolboys In Disgrace was one of the first cassettes I ever owned. And the tour behind Give The People What They Want was my first arena concert (Well, actually, Iron Maiden was, but The Kinks were the first that I sought out on my own).

Anyway, let’s all wish Geoff some luck, as the world would be better place if Ray and the boys hit the stage again. I’ve seen a few reunion tours (some good, some totally lame) and none of them would top what The Kinks could lay down.
